I downloaded a .zip file, but it appears to be corrupted or incomplete
As far as the archives, they likely aren’t actually corrupt. Is the .zip file bigger than 4GB? If so, you’ll likely need to use an application that can handle zip archives larger than 4GB. On MacOS you can use The Unarchiver. On Windows, you may use something like 7-zip: https://www.7-zip.org/.
Multi-part .zip files not expanding
To expand multi-part .zip files ( files which include .zip, .z01, .z02 extensions), you will need to download a helper app for this. On MacOS (.zip, .z01, .z02 files), you can download The Unarchiver which allows extraction of multi-part zips. On Windows, you can use something like 7-zip: https://www.7-zip.org/
You need to download all parts of the multi-part .zip (.zip, .z01, .z02, .z03 files for the class) before you can extract them.
How do I cancel my membership?
Visit the my account page, where you can cancel your subscription. Once you cancel it will be displayed as “Pending Cancellation”, which means you will have access to fxphd up until your next renewal date. On the renewal date your membership will be cancelled.
